New TimePro Release Now Available

We are pleased to announce a new release of TimePro, which provides the following enhancements for Web users:

The Web version of TimePro can be used on a Mac or PC.
Links to TimePro will be available from the Bowdoin Web site.

Everyone signs in just once using their Bowdoin User ID and password.
You can sign on from home with just one sign in.
Managers and employees can select two weeks at a time for view or edit.
This TimePro version includes two tiered period locking to reduce confusion:
• lock for employees at 10:00 a.m. Monday of payroll so managers can review the time without additional entries being made by employee; and
• manager lock at noon Monday so that payroll processing can begin.
Managers can un-approve a time record up until the manager’s approval deadline.
Managers have the option to display only their employees with unapproved time.
E-mail will be sent to managers at noon automatically if there are time entries not yet approved (this feature will be rolled out over the next few weeks).
Manager cannot approve time for another area’s job class on an employee’s time record.
