The Bursar's Office is responsible for collecting, processing, and accounting for student fees, campus-based student loans, and cash coming into the College from other sources (e.g., athletic events, bookstore sales, donations).

Walking Directions from Campus:

Cross Maine Street near Joshua Chamberlain statue, turn left down second side street, Station Avenue, and proceed to the end.  The McLellan Building is the large, gray shingled building on the corner of Station Avenue and Union Street.  Room 212 is on the second floor.

Graduating Students

Those graduating in May 2012 must have their accounts paid by Friday, May 11.  Final bills for seniors will be sent in late June.  

Tuition Bill Information for New Students

Students admitted to the Class of 2016 will receive Orientation materials in May which will include instructions on how to access and use the Online Billing & Payment System, and how to give access privileges to parents or others. 

Fall 2012 Tuition Bills

Tuition bills for the 2012 fall semester will be available online about July 10. Payments will be due about August 10.
